General Terms & Conditions

The yearly registration fee covers administrative costs for the current Season and guarantees your place in the class of your choice that best suits your child’s age and needs upon registration. They also entitle you and your child to preferred conditions and advantages for Camps, Birthday Parties and events that take place in our The Little Gym of Etterbeek, Overijse, Wavre, Waterloo, Wezembeek-Oppem and Uccle. The yearly registration fees is non-refundable nor pro rated.

Scheduled classes cancelled may be made up during the Season in our The Little Gym of Etterbeek, Overijse, Waterloo, Wavre, Wezembeek-Oppem or Uccle, subject to availability. Notification must be received at least 24h in advance of your scheduled class for you to be entitled to a make-up. Scheduled classes may not be postponed into the next Season or during Holiday Camps and are not refunded.

If you are a resident of the Kingdom of Belgium, your health insurance (Mutuelle) will cover part of the yearly registration fee. The certificate of attendance is provided by your Mutuelle and will be appropriately filled in by a member of our Team upon request. If you are a registered taxpayer in Belgium, please note that your classes are eligible for a tax deduction: the dedicated form will be provided and appropriately filled in by a member of our Team in due course upon request.

Your subscription to our classes will be finalized upon signature on the monthly installment form. Monthly installments are debited on the first day of the month prior, until June 1 included for a full Season. Monthly installments for scheduled classes are non refundable nor pro rated. A 10% discount for a 2nd child and 20% discount for a 3rd child (or twins) is applicable. If a monthly installment is not debited, our Team will reach out as soon as possible. If we do not receive confirmation on your part that you wish to continue with your enrollment, your place in the class will automatically be made available for another child.

You may choose to terminate your enrollment at any moment of the current Season, by confirming your decision in writing to etterbeek@thelittlegym.eu, at least 30 days before your preferred date of termination. The monthly installment will be canceled on the day of termination. If The Little Gym should close temporarily for reasons beyond our control, your monthly installment will be interrupted and will restart upon resumption of your activities at The Little Gym.

Access to the Gym

Access to the gym area is reserved exclusively to the children enrolled in the class and with one accompanying adult during Parent/Child classes. To ensure the safety of your children in the gym, children must be barefoot and in comfortable clothing. Any adult in the gym is asked to take off their shoes. Food, beverages and jewelry are not welcome in the gym area.

House rules

In the lobby, children are under the responsibility of the adult accompanying them. We make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety of children in the gym and while they are in the lobby. Parents or legal guardians are ultimately responsible for seeing the safe entry and exit of their children. The Little Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
